Stanford University's Frost Amphitheater and Billboard Live in Los Angeles. Sports,
Yoga and Fitness A former tennis professional, Benjamin is also an urban
yogi who fell in love with practicing yoga 17 years ago. His "Blackberry Yoga" class is designed for today's
modern lifestyle where we live inside our gadgets and over-packed schedule instead of our bodies and hearts. Benjamin offers
a realistic, down-to-earth, sometimes irreverent approach to this ancient practice of connecting to the inner self through
movement and breath. And with the growing demand for building businesses consciously, Ben applies his experience in international
branding, sustainability and even yoga to the business world. At fitness and creativity conferences, he often presents with
his friend and business partner, Misty Tripoli. mistytripoli.com Benjamin presents workshops and master classes
at business and fitness conferences around the world.
